General conditions for booking and cancellation of group reservations
Reservation and/or cancellation of a group reservation must be announced in writing and sent to info@hostelzzz.si.
The final rooming list must be sent to the hostel via email at least 14 days before the group's arrival.
Terms of payment
- Deposit: 30% of the value of the entire reservation is paid to confirm the reservation. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be returned.
- 70% of the value of the entire reservation has to be paid no later than 30 days before the group's arrival at the hostel.
In case of cancellation of the group, we will charge the cost of the entire reservation as follows:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation 59-30 days before arrival: 30%
- Cancellation 30-20 days before arrival: 50%
- Cancellation 20-15 days before arrival: 80%
- Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%
If the number of beds is lower than originally booked, a maximum of 10% of the beds of the total reservation can be cancelled without cancellation fees up to 14 days before arrival. 14 days or less before arrival, 100% of the cancelled number of beds will be charged.
Any deviations from the general terms and conditions apply only upon written confirmation by the hostel.
